HowardWimshurst's News

Posted by HowardWimshurst - December 2nd, 2018

Hello! Just came by to inform you that I have made music visuals for Oseas Kline and his track Falling Stars. Some of the most fun I have had on a commission!

Falling Stars tells the story of Kota, a young woman who is on a quest to find her childhood friend, Rhis.

We have already got another music video on the way, so subscribe to Oseas Kline's channel to be notified when it is released. In this video I break down how I made the visuals.

Enjoy!

Hey guys, I've got some awesome news. I just joined Patreon!

If you have benefited from my videos over the last few years, Patreon is a simple way for you to contribute funding to my videos every two weeks, and get super cool exclusive rewards in return! It helps to keep the videos going and to improve the channel and the website

I also made a short animation for the opening of the Patreon page. I think you might like it:

Even a small pledge makes a big difference. Take a look at all of the cool things I have planned on the page and all of the cool rewards I give out.

Thank you for considering, I hope you are doing well,

Howard

Hey yall, I am slowly creating a new video series called Sakuga Studies - this is where I deconstruct master Sakuga Animators, the techniques they use and the characteristics of their animations. Hopefully you and I learn something from the whole process!

Unfortunately I cannot bring these videos out very regularly. On average I am aiming for at least one every two months until it is over. I am only picking animators and artists who I feel stand out amongst the other animators around them.

So I suggest that you Subscribe to my channel if you want to stay updated and you will be able to find all of the sakuga studies videos in this Playlist so you can save that playlist and visit it any time.

Sorry that I can't update my newgrounds more often. It takes too long to make these posts for each individual video.

Here are some other links i mentioned in the video

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know that over the past few weeks i have kept up with my weekly upload schedule. Here are some of the latest videos I've released. If you like these videos but haven't subscribed yet, please do! that way you can keep up with them.

And in case you didn't catch it, i made a cool knife throw animation and the source files are now available for download here

I would upload these kind of videos to newgrounds, but they just don't seem like the kind of content that newgrounds likes, so they are just going to be on YouTube for now.

subscribe here!

hey guys, i have kept a fairly consistent upload schedule over these past few months, creating tutorials for my YouTube channel. I would be posting them here on newgrounds but i don't know if the content it suitable for the flash portal. What do you think?
